Colorado Digital Learning Solutions (CDLS) offers a fast-paced 8 week semester during the summer. The summer courses cover the full semester of content, but are condensed into an eight week timeline.
In effort to support schools and students during COVID-19 CDLS has reduced the cost of summer courses to $25 per enrollment. Because of the low cost, CDLS encourages districts to cover the enrollment fee for students during the summer term. CDLS will not accept payment directly from individuals (parents/guardians/students) and will not bill individuals. Districts/schools are responsible for course fees.
If a district chooses to implement a parent-pay option for their students, the district/school is responsible for collecting the enrollment fee from the parent/student.
Schools/districts will be invoiced 1 week after the registration end date.
Students will not be enrolled until payment or payment arrangements have been confirmed with the school/district.
Due to the short timeline of the summer session, no late registrations will be accepted. If CDLS cannot confirm payment or payment arrangements by the end of registration, the enrollment request will be dropped. There will be no refunds once registration has ended.
Students should expect to spend a minimum of 10-15 hours per week, per course working in order to complete all 16 weeks of content in the 8 week time period. Courses must be complete by the last day of the semester.
