Latin 4 - Semesters 1 & 2

2 Semesters (both semesters are offered during the Fall and Spring terms)

Resume your journey into the world of the ancient Romans through the study of classical Latin. In the Latin 4 course, you will build upon your Latin knowledge of grammar and vocabulary skills to achieve fluency and language proficiency reading authentic Latin works. You will explore the history, culture, and myth of ancient Rome through the voices of its brilliant authors and poets. You will apply what you have learned to translation practice, writing, listening, and literary analysis exercises to prepare you for AP and college level Latin—all while you continue to discover the glory and splendor ancient Rome has to offer.
