-SUMMER SESSION-
Colorado Digital Learning Solutions (CDLS) offers a fast-paced 8 week semester during the summer. The summer courses cover the full semester of content, but are condensed into an eight week timeline.
Schools/districts will be invoiced 1 week after the registration end date. Districts are invoiced for all enrollments on the roster following the drop date, after registration is closed. Drops made after the drop date will be assessed at the full course fee. CDLS will invoice districts/schools for the actual number of students registered and not officially dropped.
Districts/Schools/Organizations are required to make full payment within 30 days of being invoiced by CDLS.
For districts requiring “parent pay,” the district is responsible for collecting all payments from parents unless alternate arrangements are made in advance of student registration. If parents are required by a district/school to make payments, all course registrations must be paid in full via PayPal prior to any course registration being processed or students being enrolled in a course.
Students will not be enrolled until payment or payment arrangements have been confirmed with the school/district.
Due to the short timeline of the summer session, no late registrations will be accepted. If CDLS cannot confirm payment or payment arrangements by the end of registration, the enrollment request will be dropped. There will be no refunds once registration has ended.
CDLS recommends no more than 2-3 course enrollments per student due to the shortened timeline. Students should expect to spend a minimum of 10-15 hours per week, per course working in order to complete all content in the 8 week time period. CDLS High School and Middle School courses are structured as semester long courses.
Courses must be complete by the last day of the semester, and no extensions can be granted.
