  Registration Guide 

Welcome to CDLS! This page will provide all of the information you need to register and approve students.

Spring Registration: December 9, 2019 - January 24, 2020
Spring Semester: January 6 - May 20, 2020*

  *Last day for seniors: May 13, 2020

Last day to drop a spring course without fee: February 7, 2020.

  • Districts/Schools will be invoiced for enrollments following the drop date after registration is closed. The drop date during fall is September 20th and the drop date in spring is February 7th, 2020. Drops made after this date will be assessed the full course fee.  
      

  • If course cost is not covered by the school/district, responsible parties will be required to submit payment online prior to the term drop date.  If payment is not received, student access may be suspended.Please contact CDLS to make arrangements.

How to Register

If a student did not take a CDLS course during the most recent semester, they are considered a new student.

New Student

Complete the online registration form. You may complete the registration form for the student, or the student can fill out the form. A valid, active email address is required for each student.

  • Upon submission, the student will receive an email confirming the submission. The enrollment is pending until you accept the student and approve the course request.
       

  • Once you approve the course request, the student will receive a confirmation email letting them know they have been approved and are ready to go. They will receive a separate email containing their login credentials.

 

Follow this process for each new student.

Returning Student

If a student has taken a CDLS course before, or they already have a CDLS account, they are considered a returning student.

Returning students can be enrolled in a course in 2 ways.  Click on an option below for step by step instructions.
